Privacy Policy

Last updated June 26, 2026

This policy explains what Propadex collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the product, and we never sell your personal information.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Propadex (“Propadex,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, applications, and the text and email services through which you interact with our analyst. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and password when you create an account; the content of the messages, searches, reports, and requests you send us; and any information you include when contacting us.

Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive a customer and subscription reference and status — we do not store your full card number.

Usage and device information: records of the searches, reports, scouts, and messages you make; logs, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type; and similar technical data we use to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Public-record property data

The property information in Propadex is drawn from public records published by New York City and State agencies (such as ACRIS, PLUTO, HPD, DOB, ECB/OATH, DOF, and similar). This data is about properties and public filings; it is not personal information you provide to us, and this Policy governs your Propadex account information rather than those underlying public records.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide, maintain, and secure the Service; answer your queries and deliver reports and results by web, text, and email; verify your phone number and protect your account; process your subscription and enforce plan allowances; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues; communicate with you about your account and the Service; comply with legal obligations; and analyze and improve how the Service works.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. AI processing

Our analyst uses artificial-intelligence models to interpret your questions and generate responses. When you send a message, the text of that message and the relevant property data needed to answer it are sent to our AI-model provider to produce the response. We work with providers that process this data on our behalf to deliver the Service and do not authorize them to use it to train their models.

6. How we share information

We share the minimum necessary with vetted service providers that process data on our behalf to run Propadex, including: Stripe (payments), Twilio (phone verification and text delivery), Linq (text messaging), Postmark (email), Supabase (database, authentication, and hosting), our AI-model and cloud-infrastructure providers, and similar vendors. Each processes data under its own terms and our instructions.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Propadex, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with continued protection of your information). We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in and to maintain security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may limit functionality.

8. Data retention

We keep your account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as necessary to meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain by law.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls that scope your data to your account, and least-privilege roles for internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities promptly.

10. Your rights and choices

You can review and update your account details, manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal, and opt out of non-essential messages (reply STOP to texts; use the unsubscribe option in emails). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us through propadex.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Data location

Propadex is operated in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting the updated Policy with a new date or by contacting you). For privacy questions or requests, reach us through the contact options at propadex.com.
